City buses

In order to take a city bus first you must purchase the ticket either at the news-stand, the tobacconist’s or at the bus station, located in Viale A. Costa, open from 6.20 to 13.40 (or at the automatic booth open from 5.30 to 20.30).

Once you get on the bus don’t forget to punch your ticket (€ 0.90) in the machine. Your ticket has a validity of one hour and if you wish you can even change bus using the same ticket. You must push the bell button before the stop you desire to get off.

If you are planning to use the bus regularly you can also buy the City pass - 8 run ticket - or a monthly pass (€ 6.50 and € 24.00).

These buses are for trips out of the metropolis.
You purchase these tickets at the bus station and they are only valid for one trip.
